• Project Investigation and Proposal Preparation.
• Proposal submission and participation in contract negotiation.
• Contract execution preparation.
• Contract execution and acting as Project Manager for small mediums size project.
• Assist the head department manager and CKSR Deputy Manager in project design.

• Prepare drawing and submit to head Department.
• Issuing the preliminary drawing.
• Issuing the revise drawing as needed from the clients.
• Analyzing/interpreting the drawing from the architecture in the scope of the contracting work.

• Responsible for managing technicians in order to execute his/her planned work with respected schedule, quality objectives and safety rule.
• Division Supervisor is responsible for the good state accuracy of the purchased products and for the quality used, extra materials being returned to the stock.
• He/ she are responsible for testing and commissioning of delivered and installed equipment. Yearly schedule for maintenance.
• He/she ensures that the work done by the technicians is properly according to the scope of work and with consistent quality objectives.
• Assist the head department manager and CKSR Deputy Manager in project design.

• Educational Background in ACMV engineering at bachelor/master degree level and experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in engineering sector.
• Preferably have good knowledge of Air Distribution System, Hydraulic Network, ACMV Equipment Selection in Chilled Water & Direct Expansion System, Smoke Exhaust System, Water filtration System & Hot Water Productions.
• Ability to lead a team, to take decision & evaluate priority.
• Mature, resourceful and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
• Be able worked under pressure.
• Strong Capacity to communicate effectively verbally & in writing in English and/or French.
• Computer literacy and especially Ms. Officer, Ms. Project, Auto CAD

• Have knowledge of Air Distribution system, Hydraulic network, ACMV Equipment selection on chilled water and direct expansion systems, Smoke exhaust system, water filtration system, hot water production, Plumbing and high knowledge in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years experience in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and able to evaluate work of the Design Engineers.
• Work well under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
• Computer literacy and especially MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Ms. Projects 2000.

• Excellent technical knowledge especially in mechanical and electrical.
• Have good knowledge of internal rules and procedures.
• At least 3 years experience in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Computer literary especially MS office.
• Have managerial knowledge. (Time Management)
• Be able worked under pressure.
• Fluent English and/or Khmer.
