We are looking for a dynamic person who posses professionally experiences in the hotel kitchen operation to fill up the managerial position of Executive Chef.
Job Summary:
The Incumbent will be responsible for the managing the entire kitchen, to ensure the smooth kitchen operation, overseeing meal preparation, planning menu, ordering the suppliers, and to ensure the high standard hygiene of the kitchen etc.
