We are looking for a dynamic person who posses professionally experiences in the hotel kitchen operation to fill up the managerial position of Executive Chef.

 Job Summary:
The Incumbent will be responsible for the managing the entire kitchen, to ensure the smooth kitchen operation, overseeing meal preparation, planning menu, ordering the suppliers, and to ensure the high standard hygiene of the kitchen etc.

•  Ideal candidate must at least has 2 years experiences as Sous Chef / Executive Chef within FOUR / FIVE STAR HOTEL
• Posses the good management, leadership, and training skills as well as a strong passion for cooking
• Highly positive attitude, people and tasks oriented, hard working and a willingness to work with a team
• Good in English communication is a must
• Computer literature of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
